On-Site Service Contracts: |
The heart of any service
organization is its field service division.
AT RTW we are totally aware that when we place items under contract we
are obligated to meet certain high standards of conduct and performance. We are being paid to keep equipment
maintained in good and functioning condition and to do that in a timely and
professional manner. We take our part
of the contract very seriously and you have our pledge that we’ll meet or
beat all obligations that we have made. |

Time &
Material |
We treat each Time
& Materials request for service as a separate Mini-Service Contract. For the period of that one call, we will do everything we would normally do
if that equipment were under a regular service contract. The only difference being how the
customer pays us for that call. |

Depot Contracts: |
For those customers who wish to take
advantage of lower shop labor rates and no travel charges, we offer in-shop
repairs. For other customers with
remote locations, Depot Repair is often the only way they can find competent
and economical repair. Our most comprehensive level of Depot
Repair includes providing a hot spare that can be shipped to a customer site
over-night if necessary and therefore avoiding as much downtime as possible. |
