Provide Service on all products we sell.  All service personnel are factory-trained and use only genuine replacement Parts and supplies.  We’ll adapt to your maintenance needs
 

Supplies and Parts:

Stock small parts and supplies for sale. Contact our office for a competitive quote on your next supply or part order.
 

On-Site Service Contracts:

The heart of any service organization is its field service division.  AT RTW we are totally aware that when we place items under contract we are obligated to meet certain high standards of conduct and performance.  We are being paid to keep equipment maintained in good and functioning condition and to do that in a timely and professional manner.  We take our part of the contract very seriously and you have our pledge that we’ll meet or beat all obligations that we have made.
 

Time & Material
Calls  (T&M)

We treat each Time & Materials request for service as a separate Mini-Service Contract.  For the period of that one call,  we will do everything we would normally do if that equipment were under a regular service contract.   The only difference being how the customer pays us for that call.

For T&M Calls we charge two hours minimum labor/travel time and the customer also pays for necessary parts.  We charge for parts and no part is installed without full customer understanding and approval.  Travel time is based on portal-to-portal travel time.
 

Depot Contracts:

For those customers who wish to take advantage of lower shop labor rates and no travel charges, we offer in-shop repairs.  For other customers with remote locations, Depot Repair is often the only way they can find competent and economical repair.

We are flexible in our ability to offer different depot level service plans.  Usually each of our depot service customers have very different circumstances and needs, so we will tailor each of our programs to meet those requirements.

Our most comprehensive level of Depot Repair includes providing a hot spare that can be shipped to a customer site over-night if necessary and therefore avoiding as much downtime as possible.
